Marron & Mike's wedding was of course a blast. Very laid back and easy going people made for an relaxed yet fun day. What was most unique were the decorations. These two geologists from North Dakota showed off their love for artifacts with their decorating flair. This was the first wedding I have been to with rocks as their center pieces. But of course these were not mere rocks, each piece had an interesting story and Marron & Mike even made a game/trivia sheet out of it - great fun!
Jamie & Adam's engagement adventure took us to park just behind the Royal Park Hotel in Rochester. Great day and a great couple. I have been on a roll lately with fantastic clients. Their wedding coming up in November should be tons of fun, can't wait!
Talk about an amazing day, Meghan & Brad had just that on their wedding day. I mean how many times do you get a rainbow and an awesome sunset in one day? I couldn't have asked for a better backdrop or a nicer couple to work with. The ceremony was held at the Iroquois Ave Christ Lutheran Church which had some beautiful stained glass and access to a wonderful garden around the corner. The Reception was held at the Renaissance Club where the view was breathtaking! I was a little concerned about the rain that accompanied us but the weather broke just in time so we could take some great pix - everything was perfect.

Well this post is long over-due, however I just wanted to share what a great time I had with Shelly and Matt back in June for their engagement session. For our adventure we hit Downtown Detroit and visited all the popular spots such as the Fox, Comerica, and Hart Plaza. The storm clouds loomed above us but held out just long enuf for us to have a great time and get some fantastic shots. I couldn't be more excited and honored to have these two for my wedding clients. They are totally "my kinda people" and we had a blast. I am super excited to work with them again for their fast approaching wedding which should be nothing short of amazing! Many thanks to Shelly for her outstanding support and help in getting my name out there, she truly is my PR superstar!
All things creative have been my passion my entire life. From the arts to the joy of music and everything in between, I find it all fascinating and amazing.
I started my career in Graphic Design 15 yrs ago. In my quest to learn more and create more, I was introduced to the wonderful world of photography and its been a love of mine ever since for over a decade. My beginnings were in action sports photography and then I progressed to wedding photojournalism which has been a fantastic experience.
I love to laugh and have fun, and strangely enough I love to learn new things which constantly challenges me to do bigger and better things. I may be a border line work-aholic hahaha, but its only because I love what I do!
